Private Yoga Nidra & Breathwork

Personalised sessions to help you enter deep relaxation for body and mind.

Through private Yoga Nidra and breathwork sessions (60-minutes), we create a calm and safe space to fully slow down and restore the nervous system. Sessions usually begin with slow guided breathwork, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice where you are comfortably lying down in stillness and relaxation. Each session is tailored to your needs to support better sleep, stress relief and emotional balance.

Private Mindful Yoga

Personalised sessions to help you reconnect to your body through movement and breath.

Each 60-minute (or longer) session is tailored to your needs and may include mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, grounding practices and elements of Hatha or restorative yoga. Designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create more balance in daily life.

who I am

Living abroad, I experienced the quiet weight of anxiety, emotional strain and disconnection. That’s when yoga became more than a practice, it became an important part of reconnecting with myself and creating balance in daily life.

As I deepened my own path, I noticed a quiet shift in the people around me. My presence seemed to ease something in them, reminding me how powerful stillness, breath and genuine connection can be.

Today, I create personalised spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through mindful yoga, breathwork and deep relaxation. Whether you're navigating stress, feeling overwhelmed or simply wanting to slow down, this work is here to support you in coming back to yourself.
